Auto Glass Logistics (AGL)* was founded in 2010 to provide insurers, auto clubs and individuals with a single-source hub for all auto glass repair and replacement. AGL’s referral network is comprised of approximately 9,000 independent service providers across the United States, Puerto Rico, and much of Canada.

Dennis DiGiovanni

President & CEO

AGL founding partner and CEO Dennis DiGiovanni has more than four decades of experience in national dispatch and customer service operations. DiGiovanni rose to prominence in the 1970s as an early advocate of roadside assistance and independent dispatch models while serving as Vice President of a national auto club. In the early 1980’s, he co-founded and served as President of Emergency Road Service Inc. (ERS), leading that company to new heights and redefining solutions for centralized call taking and dispatch at the dawn of the digital age. Dennis is a visionary in the development of next-generation support services to the auto glass industry, believing that consumers and insurers alike will benefit from centralized dispatch and a choice of service providers.

DiGiovanni is the recipient of numerous industry awards and commendations. In 1993, he was named Executive of the Year by the Canadian Road Service Association (CRSA) and was inducted into the International Towing & Recovery Hall of Fame.

Jay F. Theise

Chairman

AGL founding partner and Chairman Jay F. Theise is a Boston-based attorney, business consultant, lecturer and entrepreneur. In addition, he is a well-known community activist concerned with public education, mentoring, social enterprise, and conflict resolution.

Cathy J. Evans

Vice President of Claims

AGL Vice President of Claims Cathy J. Evans has more than 35 years of extensive experience in the wholesale auto glass and customer services industries. She was appointed General Manager of an independent wholesale glass business that quickly grew to more than 150 employees, with six warehouses and an extensive distribution network. For the last decade, she has managed a Third Party Administrator (TPA) with a 24/7 call center and customer service operation.
